Hey!
I’m a design intern looking for suggestions on how protective gear (helmets/pads) can be improved.
I’d really appreciate it if you leave some feedback on what you’re currently using/and what you think of it

1. What kind of gear are you using? Helmet /Pads? Brands?

2. What do/don’t you like about them?

3. How important are these factors in buying a new Helmet/ other protective equipment?

--What are you looking for in each category?--

a) Safety/ Protection

b) Aesthetics (Form, Color, Graphics, Material finish)

c) Fit

d) Ventilation

e) Accessory compatibility

f) Durability/ Ease of Maintenance

Helmet Ideas

I think the idea of helmets are essential for protecting the head and most kids where them per there parents but i think that if they where made more of a status symbol something cutting edge for example you always see people wearing beanies even when they are not snowboarding i believe its in the design they are kinda plain. I believe all you have to do is create some design on the exterior really is all you need kids are looking for flash like hey thats a cool helmet purely by design.
