The first Premature Jibulation of the year went down this past weekend at Le Relais, only 10 minutes north of downtown Quebec. With the rest of the east coast struggling with temperatures to get cold enough to blow some snow, Le Relais was lucky enough not to have this issue and really stepped it up for the event. There was no snow on the ground two days prior to the event, but with the Le Relais ranger crew busting ass, they were able to blow snow on a large enough area of a run to create a super fun jib set-up.

Over 180 shred-anxious riders from all over Quebec and the Maritimes showed for some early season riding, hot dog eating and Premature Jibulating with their friends.

Thanks go to Le Relais, the ranger crew for having the only real snowboard park in Quebec, all the riders who showed up for a good time and Rome rep Nick Rochon who even set up a demo tent at the event so riders could test run some new Rome boards.
