Entries Now Open for Oakley Jib-Vid 2010
Entries for the ultimate riding and filming event, Oakley Jib-Vid 2010, are now open, so get your team of 3, fill in the entry form, clear your calendar from 17th-19th March; and you will be in with a chance to compete for the 10,000 euro prize purse against the best at the awesome Vans Penken Park and beyond.

Entry for the Oakley Jib-Vid is completely free and open to both boarders and skiers alike, what's more, the succesful teams invited to the event receive their accomodation, 2 day liftpass and lunch on the mountain along with an invite to the exclusive rider's meal before the film projection.

Location and Dates
The Oakley Jib-Vid will be returning to Mayrhofen, Austria from 17th-19th March 2010. This is the third year running that the Austrian resort will play host to Jib-Vid, due to the awesome Vans Penken Park, the best park in Europe, the incredible freeride terrain; and some great nightlife including the Arena nightclub, which saw the biggest projection party yet in 2010; Scotland Yard pub, and the breathtaking White Lounge, more about this below.

10,000 Euro Prize Fund
The 2009 Oakley Jib-Vid saw almost 40 teams apply for the prestigous spots available in Mayrhofen; and there's a few reasons why so many want to enter: the features in the Penken Park, the powder and blue skies that always seem to shine over Jib-Vid, and the parties that last well into the night.

However, the reason that tops all these has got to be the incredible prizes that are up for grabs. This year the prize fund is a staggering 10,000 euros; with the winning team walking away with a check for 5,000 of this! With cash prizes for team's down to 5th place; extra awards such as "Most Creativity", and on the spot cash prizes at the best trick contest, everyone has a chance to walk away with something special from the Oakley Jib-Vid!

White Lounge Opening Party
Situated at 2,000m above sea level at the top of the Penkenbahn gondola, the White Lounge is the ultimate party location, and the setting for the Oakley Jib-Vid 2010 Launch Party.

On the Wednesday night, after the team meeting, Jib-Vid will launch in style inside the mountain igloo, with special guest DJs to be announced shortly. This will be a party not to be missed and set the tone for the biggest Oakley Jib-Vid yet.
