We grow, progress and accelerate our learning through our community involvement. -Our goal is to build partnerships with each resort and provide the kids this exclusive opportunity. Turnouts -On average, there is usually around 30-40 campers that register at each resort stop. -On the off days, we travel, film a strong amount of Urban Handrails and focus our efforts on getting supporting footage that connects the camps with the road trip and the experiences of the crew along their road trip. -Which works really awesome to keep a balance between all the fun the camps provide with all the hardships, joys, pain and everyday balancing of keeping the crew of pro riders together traveling. Pro Coaching & Pro Presence -Just stopping in at all these small resorts has a HUGE impact. -The Midwest communities are not used to the presence of pro's, much less the 4 pro's that put themselves out to connect with the kids as friends. -The TENTATIVE crew this year will be made up of mix of the following riders: Pat Milbery, Austin Hironaka, Reed Silberman, Scott Stevens, Ben Bogart, Moss Halladay, Kyle Martola, and others… Media (Film & Photo) -We have 2 filmers that were involved last year and will be involved again this year that put together some amazing edits for our new TV SHOW “The Adventures of SO-GNAR” on the RSN Network as well as post video content to the snowboard related media wesbsites - At each stop there will be a TOUR photographer that goes by name of Terry Ratzlaff aka small chili aka chili smallz aka BTROLL, check out his work at terryratzlaff.com - There will be daily photo updates from each Camp stop and also a VIDEO that recaps each stop. The photos/video will be distributed to quite a lot of influential media outlets Sponsors As of right now, the sponsors include: Red Bull, Skullcandy, Arbor Snowboards, Capix, L-R-G, VZ, Flux Bindings, Zumiez, XSI, Spacecraft, Pow Gloves, Windell’s, Purl Wax, GoPRO camera’s, Think Thank, HeadHunter Sunscreen, Ink Monstr, and Hieroglyphics Hip Hop Please note that the in each web post, there should also be a video attached... Which is a great deal for PRO coaching, the new friendships, giveaway swag and overall camp experience. -We are simply covering our expenses so we can travel around and do this positive community involvement in more places... Breakdown -2 day camp---9am - 4pm and a session for the kids on the second afternoon from 1:30-4 called the Progression session, where we give out awards in a non-traditional manner -The awards are focused on individual achievement and not just 1st, 2nd and 3rd placing -We award for Style, Creativity, Consistency, Difficulty, Effort, Technicality, Best (so-gnar) Crash, Best Ripper, and Future rockstar of the session -We then get them fully hooked up with product from sponsors and see big smiles from the kids and parents!
